But somehow your post gave me the aha! moment - no need to sew the layers together, they should hold with friction and a bra. I can just replace the absorbent part and air out the wool if they are separate. Baby isn't due for another month so a real life test will be a ways off. ;)Morganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08045499927334126040noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6089804831984654807.post-69621913237099546582011-03-20T05:46:10.693-07:002011-03-20T05:46:10.693-07:00Margaret, that's because you can make such bea...Margaret, that's because you can make such beautiful hats out of them :)

Morgan, wool would be a good choice for the backing on nursing pads though you would need an absorbent fabric layer before the wool, I would think... just like a wool diaper cover needs a diaper. If it is for minimal leaking, maybe you could use just wool. Please let me know if you make them, and how they worked out.Resweaterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18129070280252270568noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6089804831984654807.post-11161391656986208882011-03-19T17:46:14.627-07:002011-03-19T17:46:14.627-07:00I've been wanting to make nursing pads out of ...I've been wanting to make nursing pads out of wool...any thoughts?
