"Meet Lola, the lamb and Virgina and Henry Kitty Kat. They have all been reborn from recycled wool sweaters that were destined for the rag bag. I got into felting wool sweaters about 3 years ago along with needle felting. After making sweaters for three of my grandchildren, I began making them for my websites - GlassTortoise.etsy.com and GlassTortoise.artfire.com. I then started making stuffed animals and bags and anything else that my mind and hands take me to. I also love working with glass so it's always a debate about which I'm going to work on. I think I need a clone of myself so that I can do both at the same time."
