wonky lookin' mitens


I was saying on Wednesday's post that my mittens looked so wonky unless they are being worn, and Mary said ironing them with steam would work. I ironed some today. Can you tell which one was ironed & which one wasn't? ;)

    Left = ironed
    Right = wonky

    It's amazing, isn't it? I did I think 14 pairs for Christmas presents last year and the steam magic trick was my favourite part ;^)

    I am really loving all these mittens! I would totally make some if I thought it would ever get cold here in TX. It was 90 degrees today!

    I wish I was a mitten person! I love all of these! So the steam ironing works like blocking?

    aihley, I am not sure what blocking is (that's stretching it into shape while it's wet, right?), but steam ironing works!
