More diaper cover action shots!

A friend of mine let me use her adorable baby to model some of my diaper covers. She is a "size small" baby, so some of the medium size stuff we put on her is a little big, but still cute!

I love how my pumpkin pants turned out! These are a bit big on my model here, but with the adjustable rise and rollable cuffs, will fit for a long time!

These were supposed to be pumpkin shorties, but everyone thinks it's an apple, lol.

These are a bit big on our model, but still really cute!

Here's a couple of soakers that i've posted on my blog, but aren't they much cuter on a baby? :)

Your soakers are very cute! I've been inspired to have a go and sew my own. I had a few 100% lambswool sweaters with holes in the elbows, perfect for repurposing into soakers. But I've tried to felt them twice, and it's just not working, even on a 90degree wash! Other sweaters in the load felted just fine. Any ideas why they won't felt? Should I keep trying, or give up? Cheers, Callie.

If it says "superwash" or "washable" on the tag anywhere, or doesn't say "dry clean" on the washing instructions, it might be superwash (treated with chemicals, so it won't felt). Every now and then, I find a sweater that won't felt, that isn't superwash, but it's rare. I would give it one more try, if I were you. Some are just stubborn felters & need a couple more runs through the wash.

Very cute and so is the model:) Do you felt the sweaters before you make the soakers?

Thanks! Yes, I always felt them.

the body part or the waist and legs too? thought the wool might get stiff if it was felted. sorry for asking so many questions, it is just really interesting.

I never mind answering questions :) I felt every part. As long as it is lightly felted the edges won't unravel, but it still stays flexible & stretchy. Most sweaters are lightly felted after one hot wash. Every now and then one turns into a stiff doll sized sweaters, but most are perfectly felted after the one wash.
