Anyone want tiny wool/wool blend scraps of every color?

I use a lot of my scraps for projects, but I have way too many! Can anyone use these? Just pay for shipping & they are yours! Please note that these are tiny scraps (see pic for example)... I use 1" squares for ornaments, so most of this is smaller than that. If there is a lot of interest I can split it up.... I have a lot! I have several gallon sized baggies full. Just post to comments here or email me (krisnstevep at netzero dot com) if interested!

May I suggest that you drop them off at an elementary/primary school? One with a strong arts program, or a community kids arts group? I'm a kindergarten teacher, but in all of my teaching positions I've loved to use fabric and wool scraps ...

I would take some off your hands. I use my scraps for filling wool blocks that I make out of my bigger scraps.

Hi Shanna,
If you want to email me (krisnstevep at netzero dot com), I can send you as much as you want.

Anonymous, I would love to donate them to a school, but I don't think anyone would want the smaller pieces. I wouldn't know where to begin anyway. I also don't want these to end up in the garbage. I posted here because I know a lot of felt crafters use tiny scraps for filling in things.

You know, small wool sweater scraps make a great source of nitrogen in the compost bin :) Sounds silly to compost cashmere, but if you can't use it for anything else, try that. Sprinkle some under new seedlings you're planting, but don't use too much in one place or it can get a little bit odorous from the sulfur that is also present.

That is so interesting, Karen! I'll have to keep that in mind, and also start separating my scraps into 100% and blends then. Do you think it would matter if there was 10% nylon in a blend for the garden? I have a composter.
