Sighfoo - Recycled wool stuffies

One of the venders at the fair, I had the pleasure of meeting, was Sighfoo. It was a booth full of recycled wool cuteness! I bought the tooth fairy pillow that Jack picked out, and it's adorable.
Her Etsy shop is currently on hold, so it's a good thing I took pictures while I was there!

I fell in love with these creatures the first time I saw them! Meet the Yermits... Yeti + Hermits = Yermit. They are made from recycled wool, other materials, and bits of magic! This is the perfect Etsy shop to feature before Valentine's Day & Easter, Buttercup Bloom. I love everything in her shop! I would be delighted if my husband surprised me with one of these owls for Valentine's Day, and I know my son would be thrilled to get any one of these super cute stuffies in his Easter basket. "Meet Lola, the lamb and Virgina and Henry Kitty Kat. They have all been reborn from recycled wool sweaters that were destined for the rag bag. I got into felting wool sweaters about 3 years ago along with needle felting. After making sweaters for three of my grandchildren, I began making them for my websites - GlassTortoise.etsy.com and GlassTortoise.artfire.com. I then started making stuffed animals and bags and anything else that my mind and hands take me to. I also love working with glass so it's always a debate about which I'm going to work on. I think I need a clone of myself so that I can do both at the same time."
