Sorry, but no recycled wool posts today. I've got a date with a little monster truck driver and a bucket o' candy! Happy Halloween everyone!!! My husband turned Jack's wagon into a monster truck for him, and make him a monster truck-o-lantern too. Good Daddy!

Though I almost never talk about things that are not made from recycled wool, I just had to show you all her pet beds. It is such a clever idea, and if I needed a pet bed I would be buying one one these for sure!

It's usually me that seeks out recycled wool artisans to feature, but this one came to me... looking for a sweater. The irony?... it was the same sweater that was in my giveaway last month! Lately i've really had the urge to learn how to knit, and it's shops like Play At Life Fiber Art's Etsy shop that trigger it! This beautiful yarn is reclaimed from unloved sweaters, or "frogged", and then dyed to colors that are as fun to look at as they are to say, like "Lime Pickle" & "Whispering Conch".
